  We wanted our old gas inset gas fire decommissioned and the fire place knocked out to be replaced with a log burner. Throughout the engagement with Lawrence and Sarah, they have been very helpful supporting us with the selection of the log burner. Having provided a quotation for the work, once on site Lawrence was able to adapt the brief as the options we then threw at him (due to the size of the cavity he was able to create) were explored. Even with this the job did not over run on time and the additional requests were added at a realistic price. We were kept informed throughout and once the fire was commissioned, Lawrence carried out a follow up call to ensure that everything was OK and that we had got use to the log burner (adding some additional "training" for us along the way. We have had numerous trades and companies work on the house and I would not hesitate to recommend A&L Parry.
